  Results: Peter Lyons Hall (Records, Reports, and Archives Chair) prepared, edited, and designed the final presentation that was submitted by Warwick to the State of New York. The town of Warwick successfully acquired the property, one of many similar facilities that the State of New York had been trying to sell. The property has become a very successful corporate park, generating tax revenue and providing many local jobs.
