Leading US Pest Control Company Needed a Comprehensive Sales and Marketing Training Program

  • Client: Orkin/Western Pest Commercial Division
  • Objective: Create an effective sales and marketing training program – on-and-off–line – for sales force team members who could learn about the resources available for them to quickly become productive and profitable representatives.
  • Strategy: After meeting with client, determined that we would need to research available assets and, combining new materials, produce a double wire-o bound reference that could easily be distributed to new hires.

  • Results: Program was implemented, together with a guide for the administrator for in-person, personal instruction.
